In need of a private investor

Do to so unfortunate events in the last bit I find myself in need of some help of a private investor. This investment can be secured and or guaranteed. I need 15-30k. Terms and conditions are all negotiable but I need at least 6 mths and was thinking of 15% or higher interest to the investor

What do you need the money for? If you have an asset to secure the loan, why not go to a bank?
