The YRPL 2014/15 Championship and Best of the Rest Events (5/8/15)
The YRPL 2014/15 Championship and Best of the Rest Events (5/8/15) both were free-roll events and are by invitation only.
In the Championship event qualification was the top 20 in points after the 15 qualifying events, each player (20) was paid out the minimum of 200 each, prior to the start of play. Congratulations to the final table of 10, Paul 10th 480, Phil M 9th 600, Brian E 8th 700, Virginia 7th 800, Kevin M 6th 1,000, Craig C 5th 1,500, Arden C 4th 2,000, Max Powers 3rd 2,200, WPC Poker 2nd 3,700 defeated by our new YRPL Champion, Michael P 5,500 in a long fought heads-up battle.
In the Best of the Rest Free-Roll Event, 50 players started with the top 20 making the money, the final two tables of 20 were paid out the minimum of 100 prior to continuing play. Congratulations to the final table of 10, .Larry R 10th 180, Marc 9th 250, Ginzi 8th 300, Dino 7th 350, John I 6th 400, Grant B 5th 500, John P 4th 600, Anne-Marie 3rd 800, Richard W 2nd 1,500 defeated by Andrew C winner 2,000 heads-up.
Thank you to all that played it was a great season and we look forward to the start of the YRPL 2015/16 Season in September.
