online: highest i normally play is $0.25-$0.50 cash, usually PLO but sometimes hold'em. i'll occasionally play razz or 8 game as well. for MTTs, normally $10 buy-ins or less.
live: i rarely play live cash but it's normally $1-$2 since that's usually the lowest offered. MTTs i'll play anything up to around $300 buy-in.
EDIT: i should have also stated that it depends on how many drinks i've already had.
I'm still a beginner, so online I can be found at the lowest stake cash tables on PS, although I go all the way up to 10NL on playnow.com because the level of competition is low even for me. I've been trying a few MTTs, but never ones with a buyin more than $1 (and even that's rare).
