DirtArse and I were too busy stalking each other on the same poker table to take photos of the many models. Most of the photos of girls I shared on my Facebook Timeline were taken by professional photographers working for WPT or Solaire Resort, such as the pole dancers. I still have to upload the majority of my photos. Won't be posting photo of RFG with midget boxer on the floor of the boxing ring tho! >:D
&^%$#@! I was posting a trip report while chatting with a forumer, but my long post disappeared. Since I had already given live updates, photos and emails to the investors, here is a summary.
- Did not cash in Main Event with 385 entries. Was chipleader in my table as of Level 6. Went busto after nine hours with QQ.
- Earlier in the week, I finally got to experience the juicy games west of Ontario for the first time ever. I had a winning cash game session at River Rock Casino.
- I also won at the cash games at Solaire Casino, Philippines at 100/200 pesos (~$2/$5).
- After registering and chatting with the RFG, I played in the Deep Stack Turbo Event with 166 players. I was among the chipleaders near the bubble; the bubble "boy" was the last female standing (blonde from Norway).
- That same night, there was a controversy that did not seem to be reported by the many WPT live reporters there. The 60-minute clock for the dinner break restarted 15 minutes early for Day 1A of ME and possibly the PLO Event. Many players complained about being blinded off thousands of chips, including Xuan Liu and Lacey Jones on Twitter. Social media probably helped in doing an investigation, which resulted in 15 minutes added. Players who busted in 1A were still complaining about their lost chips when they re-entered in 1B. I heard from the casino TD that it was a software bug. The problem did not re-occur in 1B as I returned from the dinner break with time left.
Favourite Memory:
While waiting for DirtArse in the Grand Ballroom couches, a WPT Manager came over and invited me to the WPT Celebrity Invitational Event later that day. :cool2: After my initial shock and acceptance, I remembered to ask about the possibility of DirtArse getting an invitation too, but she said there was a limited number of seats. WPT Champion Tony "bond18" Dunst were among the participants. I made it to the final table, along with Daniel "jungleman" Cates (#2 in Online Power Rankings), Mike Sexton, and Lacey "Poker Barbie" Jones.
Biggest Regret:
While I was chatting with the RFG and Matt Savage, I mentioned that DirtArse and I had Boracay Island - which is ranked the #1 island in the world - as one of our options after we're done with the Main Event. One of the RFG said she was going there after the final table, and invited us to hang out with her. So naturally, I informed DirtArse that I was voting for Boracay. >:D
However, after our ME was done early, DirtArse preferred to leave the Philippines ASAP. Meanwhile, after I had mentioned to relatives about hoping to visit Boracay, a millionaire cousin of mine that I grew up with in the same addresses mentioned that he may be able to get us a couple of free rooms in a top resort in Boracay with its exclusive white sand beach. On the morning of October 25, DirtArse already had us booked to fly out to Hong Kong that afternoon.
Instead of having adjoining luxury suites in the best island in the world with an RFG so I can get the purple items that pkrfce9 & sn1perb0y desired, we fly to Hong Kong where I had to go up a mountain to see a Big Buddha instead of an RFG. :-[

I had no time to get the many requested items. I barely had time to deliver a package to a relative. The teen-ager had left high school in Canada to pursue a modelling career in the Philippines. The great news for her is that after WPT Philippines had left the Grand Ballroom, there was a high fashion show there and she became the star model. She may also get a contract to represent the resort. :cool: I predict that she can be a future RFG if she wanted to.
P.S. Thanks to DirtArse for a highly discounted and fun trip to my birthplace. Our flights from Toronto to Vancouver to Hong Kong and back were cheap, along with discounts at classy hotels in Vancouver, Hong Kong and Manila.
