"Intelligent Guide..."

I have downloaded a pdf file of a book called "An Intelligent Guide to Texas Hold'Em" by Sam Braids. Has anyone read it? I haven't yet, but will soon, just wondering what others thought of the book. As always, I looking for anything that can turn my game up a notch or two. In previous threads, some have had negative comments on some books, but I did a search for this particular one and found nothing.

    the book is ok but really for beginners...

    there IS a good stat sheet in there
