Since my draw is to the nuts I am guaranteed to win if my heart comes - Is there an argument for getting it in 3 ways? Or at least closer to marginal than spewey?
You can't expect to have +95% by flopping over fulls like the last 2 hands all the time. Enjoy the run good and the players making the mistake of playing under fulls that badly while you can cause normally your edges are more like +5 to +15 in Omaha.
ok. if it wasn't for luck, the final 3 would have been over at 400/800. i think i had 75% of the chips at one point.
does anyone offer Don K. a deal? in hindsight, ya, it would have been a good idea but i can only imagine the posts i'd see about that...
as for your hand, against those specific hands it was +ev. you were fortunate that only 1 of your outs was in your opponents' hands. also, they had almost no redraws (although one did hit a set on the turn).
i'd say, in general, if you get all-in against 2 opponents on that flop with only a nut flush draw (along with maybe a runner/runner luckbox shot) it is -ev. i would have expected to see a few of your outs gone and someone with 2pr or a set. i don't know if you can run your hand against a range or even what kind of range you can express in 5 card. it would be a good exercise.

loving the 5 card, still lots to learn, luckily the other players are over valuing their hands on a much bigger scale and a much more regular basis than I am. (And a bit of rungood to top it off!)

I did however fall victim to a lot of the shitty play outlined in this thead.
By that I mean, I made all the shitty plays.
Dumped what was left of my Online $ playing it, reloaded and dumped that too.
My apologies for not pissing it away to forumers. Add that to the mistakes I made.
1. Sit there and wait for the nuts while taking notes on the big pots. Record all "WTF" moments for each player, amass a hilarious collection of spewage that I will brilliantly use to my advantage later.
2. Flop a good, but non-nut, hand against a confirmed maniac who's been shipping it with one pair all facking day... slightly loosen up to adjust and get it in.
3. Get shown the nuts.
4. Blame myself for getting it in with relative garbage and spew some more.
5. Repeat.
I still think there is a ton of money to be made on there as it seems there's enough people dumping their wallets into the pot to make it profitable for even a player like myself... but my tiny bankroll cannot handle the swings. Sticking to live... which of course is exactly what I said LAST time I busto'd my account!
