i'd be interested in some preflop strategy discussion moose.
Play at this level is pretty passive preflop with not a lot of 3 bets preflop so I'm happy coming along against any preflop raise with any decent 5 card hand.
Post flop is where more of the mistakes are made. Either people slow play when they shouldn't or stack off without redraws to the nuts. It's not just flopping the nuts - it's having the redraws to back it up that are key. This is way more critical in 5 card Omaha. Wrap draws + two pair/set + flush draw are the goto hands.
The only hand preflop hand that gets you in trouble is the low pairs. Pairs below 88 are trash hand and throwing them away probably saves money in the long run. Set over set and boat over boat are the bankroll killas.

idk 5 card omaha very well, but i personally think i'd flat the 3bet and go three to the flop with a good drawing hand.
