Busted on day 2. Shoved 15 bigs over an MP open with AQ of clubs and busted to kings. Got incredibly drunk yesterday. Was the best. Took today easy but round two tomorrow.
Does anybody know if the WSOP created different rules for the bubble? With two eliminations off the bubble but five stoopid players going all-in instead of waiting to fold and three of them eliminated, shouldn't the biggest of the three stacks get the $18,406 693rd prize, the next stack the $10,000 seat consolation, and the shortest stack nothing? Instead, the shortest stack got $10K more than the other bigger stacks!
The maturity of Colman's conduct and the brilliance of his play throughout the heads-up match belie the commentator's attempt to frame him as the immature youth. In my eyes the heads up match plays out symbolically not so much as a clash between the shallow internet wizard and the sophisticated ambassador, but as a match in which we witness the final death throes of the 'feel-player' in poker and the triumphant raising of the banner of Game Theory.
I finally got to watch a WSOP episode on TSN for the first time this year. I never knew when TSN broadcasts the episodes, but the next one will be Thursday midnight.

Damn I missed last weeks episode, the PVR didn't record it for some reason. I'll make sure to catch this weeks.

Those bluffs only work at the GBH.
Poker and the WSOP continues to be a sausage fest - only 5% were women! :frown:
