Live Straddle @ Fallsview starting in May!

Possibly in response to losing some players to Woodbine which has live straddle & other advantages, the forum's favourite casino ;) will allow a live straddle starting on May 1! :o

Many of the GTA regs will be headed to the $2 million guaranteed PokerStars Canada Cup in May, but if I have time, I'll try to go with ReefAquarium for my first visit to Fallsview since the WPT, and hand in my list of WPT FPC suggestions to the Executive Director of Niagara Casinos. If any of the WPT FPC players have any constructive criticism/suggestions that hasn't been posted on the forum yet, please give them to me.

    It makes the game over twice as big.

    Yesterday I was playing 5/10, people were blind raising to 25. This makes the game over twice as big.

    It also halves the stack sizes. So 100BB games become 50BB games.

    Since an UTG straddle is -EV, this is better for you, correct?

    lol was so tired of doing this as an UTG blind bet, its good news i guess, i play there one weekend every month

    Half stacks means less emphasis on post flop skill.

    Skill matters less in a 50BB game than a 100BB game.
