I remember now why I mostly quit poker.. Unless you play huge volumes, which I don't have time for, it's so disheartening..^-^

Regarding this hand. I know I got in ahead, and my logic was correct (his shove range was wide open due to the amount of blinds and antes in the pot preflop) -
But is there an argument to be made for folding AQs here? In the moment it seemed clear and I went with it, but looking back I did put 16-17 BB's, half my stack, in there with AQ(soooooted!).

Over thinking it or is anyone folding there?
  • Bfillmaff wrote: »

    Yes, and no
  • I probably would have folded simply because there was a bunch of people left to act... Viffer had no business there though, you obviously we're not going to fold to his pathetic raise.

I'm curious why you just called though, what if one of the bigger stack at the table called and pushed on the flop? Or what if he pushed pre and had you covered?

I think he is in the same spot as me, and leaving a way out though the back door to a raise from the left.
