Casino, waterpark, hotels proposed for Pickering

Not a very good job of research on the name though, considering Maryland Live already exists and is probably trademarked.

    Isn't it "Durham Live", not Maryland Live? Since the government is addicted to gambling revenue, I would prefer a casino in Toronto, such as Woodbine or downtown. Fallsview/Niagara can close down if it continues to be badly managed and unable to compete.

    Pretty ambitious proposal. I wouldn't mind seeing it happen successfully. Tourist dollars equals decent paying jobs.
