    I was invited to play Special #29. I won the event. Nothing was mentioned at the time I registered or when I won. 2 Weeks Later, my name was removed and was told I will not receive my winning seat to Fallsview. We made a business deal in early October. the Special was mid Nov. In his own self righteous mind, he didn't like the business deal we made. This is the excuse he is using to not pay me. The bottom line. I won the seat fair and square and he is just using a excuse not to pay it out to me. He is giving the seat to 2nd place just to spite me. This show a total lack of honesty and integrity and a total disgrace to the poker community.

    Beware if you play there. You won't know what he'll come up with next to stiff the next person.

    By the way. I have 16 players that witness my win. There is absolutely no good excuse to not pay me. Now they will only receive equity from the 2nd place finisher. There is a reason he came 2nd.

    I had asked Toronto Aces Poker Club via PM to provide an explanation regarding Special Event #29 and what actually occurred. I explained that a cautionary note would be applied to their forum account if they didn't reply, or their response was not satisfactory. Apparently they chose not to respond, thus a cautionary note will be applied to their account.

    Edit: After a brief deliberation, it was determined that Toronto Aces Poker Club's account on the forum is no longer welcome and thus the account has been terminated. Ignoring a request for information regarding a reasonably serious issue is not acceptable.
