Dave - All in tells question
Dave, this goes back to the thread on etiquette…but involves tells. Lets say someone is all in and you want to call, but need a read first. You haven’t noticed any blatant tells on this player in the past, but you know they are capable of pushing all in with just A high or big little suited or just about anything.
Caros book of tells doesn’t really specifically cover all in No limit tells, although weak means strong etc. could apply, as could any of the general tells.
So lets say you quickly ask (as you have suggested) how much to call and judge the reaction. Other than weak/strong (loud/soft), etc. are there any specific tells to this situation that you find useful? This seems like a different situation than Caros general tells would cover…why? Because when a player is all in, they generally try to minimize tells…but. I realize it differs from player to player, but do you have any thoughts here Dave?
Thanks
