Wow. Cops out of control. Unbelievable the way K9 unit pulls up and the guy brings the dog out to bite the guy when he's down and out. Hopefully he sues these cops into the poor house for life.

Lawsuit has already been filed by his Dad . . . a lawyer. The big issue is that, when the jury awards him his millions, it won't be the thugs with the badges who have to pay up. Under sovereign immunity, their terrible decisions will not cost them a dime.

yeah, i couldn't believe that part either. guy is on the ground, probably cuffed already, with 5 cops on his back. then they all move out of the way so the dog can fucking attack the guy for a bit. just plain nuts.

Absolutely incredible that none of these guys were removed from regular duty as stated by the chief of police who said he didn't see any misconduct (he should also be fired).

One of the fucking cops had already been involved in 3 similar events previously. I honestly hope the guys Dad (lawyer) calls in some ringer buddies who specialize in civil suits involving the police.

Mike Duffy has declared war on Stephen Harper and is trying to blackmail him into covering up the Senate scandals. I hope Duffy, Pamela Wallin & Patrick Brazeau all go to jail; or the Canadian voters get to abolish the Senate at the next election and fire all the Senators!

Duffy is one of the few things that gets me more enraged than a poker game with >= 25% rake!

At this point, I pretty much don't like Duffy, Wallin, Brazeau, or Harper. I was being facetious when I said I wasn't sure if there was a link. Jesus, last night it was all over the news! Even my wife appeared interested and she hates watching the news (thus I am not allowed either)! I also hope this is a catalyst that brings down the senate which is really a golden handshake for politicians.
