Still doing the BAP, but like I said at the outset I am very busy right now. If anyone wants out they can have their share of the small profit and take their monies.
The first house fell through and looking at houses is what has been taking up most of my spare time. I currently have a conditional sale on a house and had the home inspection today. 5yr fixed is what I am going with.
I haven't yet had time to switch banks, but will likely look into PC financial after things quiet down over here.
No lawn mower yet...due to changing houses I am re-evaluating my needs (new place has a larger yard).
