Happy Anniversary to Me!

I knew it was around this time, but I finally found the email to confirm it.

Saturday, March 6th, 2004 was the date of the Bristol Street Classic I, a $10 seven person tournament, with 100 chips (of the plastic, bicycle variety), blinds starting at 1-1 and a monster $50 first prize. (which, to date, is the only one I've won)

So, happy anniversary to the Bristol Street Nightclub and Casino!! -- three days late. :D

  • It was good to meet you on Monday.

From the sounds of the writes up, Bristol St sets the standard for fun events.

I look forward to sneaking onto the list for Bristol XIV...or XV...
  • I've only been to three Bristol Street Classics, (plus the Christmas thingy) and let me tell you, Zithal DOES set the standard for low-limit poker tourntments in Waterloo. He makes you feel very welcome in his home, always runs a great tourny and never asks for a DIME in return.

Congrats Rob, on your 1ST Anniversary and here's to many more!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Cheers
