Uh if you actually read it, you will learn that it will be the last telegram in India. So yeah, big deal.
You can send a telegram in Canada right now. I don't think they are going to wrap it up by Jul. 14 just because India is.

True "telegrams" have been over and done with for quite some time. I remember getting one for my wedding back in '94 from a friend up in Iqaluit, NWT. I believe the stopped the following year.
