    But Milo, if the role was reversed and it was a male who just turned 18 and his GF was still 15, he could be charged too. The 15yr olds parents should not be blaiming the 18yr old for the daughter's orientation but, legally speaking, this is not a gay rights issue.

    DJ, if you read the article, it says that boys in this situation are not typically prosecuted. Seems Mommy and Daddy are looking to make a huge point, otherwise why not get involved right away? Why wait until one of them is 18? Because the parents insisting on the charges are DICKS, that's why.
