    Got it, thanks
  • Resent
  • With only a week away until WSOP, I need everyone to clean up there tab. Anyone who has not contacted me or paid up by June 6th, I will assume that means you are no longer interested and I will put it back up for sale
  • You might want to give AJ a call about his tab. With his personal stuff taking precedence, it might have slipped his mind.
  • I'll get in touch with Greg, thanks
  • Vegas bound tomorrow!!!!
  • Bring back lots of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
  • Hope you have a great time.
  • Good luck today

    Good luck today

Thanks. Just sat down at my seat. Will try to tweet updates when I can
  • No need, just tell how the bracelet feels . . .
  • Good Luck Greg!
  • Two down, three to go. I'm happy with my game so far even thou I haven't cashed yet. PLO today
  • Just reg'd for the PLO. Brasilia red table 68 seat 2
  • FML, I didn't realize today's event was a triple shot. I've never played a PLO triple shot before. Anyone got any advise?
  • Geeze. Lots of strategies I would imagine. I'd probably load right up from hand #1. There might be some players playing one bullet at a time and therefore taking more chances knowing that they have back up. Play your hands right and they may just miss their draws and you can pick em off one reload at a time. I also don't think I would want to know that I have more chances if I play some hands poorly and "bust". I'd rather be playing my best knowing that what chips I have in front of me represents my tournament life. Good luck Greg!
  • The only triple shots I have any experience with are the kinds I mix for myself when the in-laws arrive.
  • Busto!! Apparently KK can't beat a gut shot chased straight on the river
  • Thanks everyone for the BAP. I really do appreciate everyone's support.

This was one of the worst weeks I've ever had in Las Vegas. I know this is not strictly the case, I know that when I sit down and analyze my play I will find holes in my game, but It felt like every 4 outer, every suck out, every bad play against me somehow managed to get there. It really has rattled the confidence in my game. I think for a little while I will be holding off on posting any BAPS. I do plan to continue to play, but I don't feel it's fair to you guys to BAP when I don't feel like I’m playing at my best.
  • Greg . . . just a thought, but perhaps you are being too critical of yourself. While it is good to analyze your "game" in order to improve, you must also take an objective look at your skills. As you are obviously going to have somewhat of a bias in this regard, you would need to discuss some of what you discover with trusted players of a skill level similar or ahead of yours. One other thing to consider is this . . . even though these are relatively small amounts that your backers are contributing (full disclosure, I am one of them) do you not think that the continued interest shown in each of your BAPs is an indication of what your backers think of the caliber of your game? Just a thought . . . and when you DO come back to the BAP lists, I am reserving my usual 1% right now.
  • Was following your tweets and it seemed like you were having a tough go, but your still obviously one of the toughest live players on here. Break can't hurt but I'm thinking you had a run of bad luck period.

Always fun to cheer you and Steve on.
  • Hey brother...we all run into bad runs sometimes....we have to take the bad with the good. Take away what you can from it after you analyze your play, the rest is just poker/variance. I was holding my own on my tripto the WSOP and ran into some bad hole cards for twos hours straight. Your skills haven't deminished...just ride the wave out and continue to do what you do best. Thanks for the BAP op!!!

Thanks guys, I appreciate the encouragement. Not to worry, I've been playing this game long enough to understand bad runs, etc. It's just super frustrating, and has an ability to mess with your mind. I personally believe in playing through the run bad periods.

All I’m saying is that until I’m confident that I’m giving my backers my "A" game, I’m going to hold off on playing with their money. I actually enjoy putting up the BAP, I like knowing that there are others out there sweating my game, and I feel good when I’m able to add additional value to a BAP'ers investment. I will still be playing, already starting to think about the next event to go to. Just going to pause on posting BAP’s for the next couple of events until I’m confident that the BAPers are getting the proper value out of their investment.
  • This is a good post.

While the support is appreciated, it certainly adds a little bit of additional pressure on your game, and if you go through a few bricked series - it starts to play with your confident image.

I think if you brick a few series you should get your mental game on track before putting up further BAPs.
