*OAPL $80 Satellite to the $550 Brantford Deepstack. April 19th at 7:30pm
Okay everyone, I would like to hold a satellite to a Brantford $550 Deepstack tournament. This will be an equity tournament which requires all participants to agree that if you are the winner, you will go to play in the Brantford $550 deepstack tournament as a representative of the OAPL. Should you cash in the event, it will be a 70/30 split where 70% of the winnings go to the player and 30% of the winnings will be divided evenly among the players who played in the satellite.
The next Brantford $550 deepstack tournament will be held on Sunday April 28th at 11am. Once enough players sign up and confirm a ticket will be purchased and the winner will agree to play that date, if they are unable to play that date, a possible option to change the ticket date to the next $550 deepstack will be offered. If for any reason the winner of the satellite cannot make it and play, then the ticket will go to the runner up with no refunds to the winner.
The Brantford tournament has a structure of:
Format: NLHE
Stack: 15,000 chips
Blinds: 40 Minutes
Players: 100 max
Est Pot: $50,000
Now for the details to play the satellite. I would like to have at least 9 players for this game and all Buy ins have been calculated based on a minimum of 9 players. If less than 9 players are confirmed for the game, the option will be given to the amount of players that have signed up to increase the buy in slightly to cover the difference in missing players to run the game or just cancel it out right.
