I have tapatalk but it looks like the photoshare app is an additional cost?

I don't think so. My photo button is right below the text as I type. See if your app needs updating.

I have no clue.
If im in tapatalk i can read posts but there is nowhere for me to start a new thread. There is a button to open it up in safari but i still cant figure out how to upload a photo.
