...45 min to Mohegan Sun for degenaments.
Nice...
As an aside, single game tickets for the Jays go on sale on Feb 15 but since I purchased a flex pack I can get tickets at base cost (no service fees and no premium game surcharge). Anyone LMK if you want tickets to any game.
Tickets ended up costing us $378 for two seats, two games, with all the service fees added in.

I know all the Sox games have sold out every year for decades but wow the Sat game is down to $20 standing room tickets or $170 box seats already.

Regular price through the Marriott website: $169.
Rooms in Boston are crazy expensive.
Nicely done. $95 is an awesome price...I haven't gotten anything cheaper ever in New York/Boston than the corporate deals I was able to get.
Thurs night: staying in Verona to gambool at Turning Stone
Fri/Sat: Boston!!! Going Sat and Sun game. Maybe we make on to TV.
Sun: Springfield
Mon: Basketball HoF and then beat it back to Canada in time for work on Tues. Boo!
Send a tweet to @JaysProducer with your section number. He tries to get Jays fans on TV during road trips.
Have a great trip, and good luck!
Walked into Turning Stone to find people feasting on buckets of crab legs from the buffet. $35 special on Thursdays in June. Damn!
Anyways a short wait and I get called for $1/2 and mmoose shortly after finds a spot on a $2/4 limit table. I play a couple orbits and pick up a few small pots. A seat opens on mmoose's table so I decide to go play with her for the short time we plan to be there. Bad move for me and I end up down $28 but mmoose is up $57. At least we cover dinner and gas on the day.
Tomorrow off to Boston!

You need to buy a membership card for $2 every day you play.
Run good:
Hit the slots today for another $10 to collect on our $10 free slot play and between us won another $40ish bucks
Run Bad:
Crazy flooding everywhere after rain all night. Road north and south of hotel closed, ended up detouring west to get around it, finally ended up back going East and hwy closed again and had to detour west a second time. Got on I90 finally and headed towards Boston. Lucky a bit this time, every bridge and culvert through NY along the highway was being monitored by police or emergency crews for flooding. At one point we could see where the main highway had flooded, every highway marker had a one to two foot high pile of sticks piled at the base from the flooding. Fortunately by the time we went through the highway was dry.
Run good:
Traffic into Boston wasn't too bad and we arrived at the hotel with only minor delays.
Run good:
Headed into seaport area for dinner. Parking was $17. Gross. But got free parking anyways when I found a $20 floating in the puddle where we parked the car. Awesome dinner. $6.50 got you a flight of 4 - 4.5oz beers. So we ordered a flight each to try 8 different beers. By mistake they brought us two flights the exact same, so we ended up with three flights for the price of 2 after they corrected the mistake.
Run good:
Also on the way to the restaurant we saw some guy walking down the street carrying a couple growlers of beer and it turns out the Harpoon brewery was just down the street from the restaurant. Scored a bunch of ale at the brewery after dinner.

A sample of some of our beers.
Run bad:
Jays sucked again.
Tomorrow: USS Constitution and then Fenway!
40 and 40, seems somewhat disappointing but 3 weeks ago we would have been ecstatic to be at this point... Cheer em on again tomorrow..
boston is one of my favorite cities in the world
Today started with a tour of the USS Constitution, the oldest commissioned warship still afloat. Undefeated in the war of 1812 but we won the war, so hey we'll let them have that.
Hanging out in the officer's wardroom. Not even part of the tour but the tour guide took us in there for a few minutes. Hell the tour after us wasn't even allowed to get on this deck at all.
We drove back to the hotel and then caught a bus to Fenway a short walk away. It dropped us off right at the stadium. Great atmosphere outside the stadium.
We walked around back to check out the green monster.
Then we went in the back and watched the Jays take batting practice for a bit from the bleachers. All the ushers were super friendly and let us go anywhere we wanted.
The view from our seats.
Our entire row was Blue Jays fans except for two Sox fans so I leaned over and asked them if they were sure they had the right seats. Eventually they moved away into another row. Did I mention we were all drunk off our asses?
Joey Bats crushed two homers and the Jays won. The first homer cleared the park and bounced off some cars in the parking lot behind the green monster.
One more game and then we head for home.
This is the parking lot that Bautista bombed with his first homer.
