I'm all about the kink ^-^

I used to host a lot of poker games, so after I was tired of playing on a fold out octagon table, my buddy and I built a table which was half decent. I moved shortly after building it and my new apartment couldn't fit the enormous table we built, so I sold it and made a small profit. I built a new table for my apartment, and ended up selling it. I built another which sold, and so on. I actually took me quite some time to finally build a table for myself and keep it.

Average table takes 5-6 hours for me to build. That's for a basic table. I've had some complicated builds which have taken me months since I do this part time.

I used to drive a black 2008 altima coupe. Sexy car, with lots of mods. I just sold it on Sunday and I'm looking to buy a truck to haul around plywood and my poker tables. I'll likely get a 4 cyl Ford Ranger or B2300.

Reuben, so good when done right.

Married 1.5 years. I'm finally not forgetting to wear my ring every day.

No particular favorite. Anything sweet. For beer, Ricard's Red.
  • Do you play alot of live? If so where? Home games? Casino? clubs?
  • Almost all of my live play is at a poker league out in PoCo. We play once a month, $60 buy in with $20 of it going to a final game in December. Good group of guys, there's about 50 of us, we usually have 3 to 4 tables every game. This year I was 7th overall and finished 8th on the final game. I used to play a lot with friends, but that has kind of dissolved as people are just too busy lately and poker's not a priority anymore.

I've played a few times at the casino, but the stakes are a bit too high for me, I have a nearly non existent bankroll. I mostly play micro stakes online a few days a week.
  • What is the longest it has taken you to make a table?

What is the favorite table you've made?

Will you make me a cool one for 100 bucks and some cheetos?
  • Is making poker tables a thing you do on the side? If so what do you do for a living?

How did you find out about Canadian Poker Forum?

Have you ever been to Vegas? If not do you plan on going one day?
  • What's your favourite thing about living in BC in general? GVRD specifically?

How's your Dead Pool IV list going?

5 months, which is the one in my avatar

Same one, NHL themed with lights all over the place. I'm all about the bling

Definitely, 100 bucks and $400 bucks worth of cheetos ;)

Yes it's on the side. I'm a public insurance adjuster by day. I deal with property insurance for residential and commercial, I am the adjuster for the policy holder and usually butt heads with the insurance company and their adjuster.

Been to vegas twice. Will elaborate more later, going out with the wife to paint the town red.
  • Went to vegas about a year and a half ago with my wife for 4 days. We did the grand canyon, buffet's galore, saw a few shows as well. I did very little gambling, only played blackjack twice for about 10 minutes each session.

Went again earlier this year with 4 other guys and one of their girlfriends. We gambled.. a lot.. We played a lot of craps after taking a lesson the first morning there. I lost a lot on craps but won it all back playing some 1/2 NL. The last night we were there I pulled an all nighter hopping from casino's as every table I sat down at for more than an hour seemed to break apart with people leaving to go to sleep.

We didn't go to too many casinos, we stayed at NYNY, went to MGM, Bellagio, and a few others I can't remember.

I found PFC from googling. To be honest I was trying to find more Canadian based forums to promote my poker tables, but it's a nice community here and I'm glad to be a part of it.
  • What's your favourite thing about living in BC in general? GVRD specifically?

How's your Dead Pool IV list going?

Favorite thing about BC is the ability to do almost anything. I can go snowboarding, parachuting, biking, roller blading, white water rafting, rock climbing, golfing, surfing... The weather is a nice perk too, never really gets too hot or too cold and I can deal with all the rain.

GVRD is good because it's a big city, but not too big like some huge cities in the US, or even TO. Traffic isn't terrible, and the mountains aren't too far of a drive so that I can carve some snow.

Dead Pool list is done and submitted. I plugged a ton of names into an excel spreadsheet to do some sorting and organizing. It made the process a lot easier to manage. Here's hoping I get some beginners luck.
  • you guys are letting me off easy, my week is almost up.
  • How many poker tables have you made total?

How many brothers and sisters do you have?

Whats your favorite thing to order from Mcdonalds?

Do you prefer white meat or dark meat?

Which do you like better turkey or chicken? Explain why.
  • 20 tables, most of them here:

1 older sister by 2.5 years, she lives in Hamilton. She's got 2 kids,an 8 year old boy and a newborn girl.

Filet o' Fish, when done properly. The first time I ever ordered one, it was overcooked so it was dry and chewy and I never ordered another one for 5 years. Finally had another and it was great.

White meat as long as it's not dry.

Turkey's better. It's juicier and has more flavour. Chicken is so 2011. A turkey can also kick a chicken's ass.
