I have called Mohegan Sun and asked about taxes and was told they tax everybody from a foreign country 30% that have winnings of $10,000 and up. In Vegas for The WSOP it is $5,000 and up, so any winnings are subject to the 30% tax.

I transferred CDN money today (Oct 27) to USD, the exchange rate was 1.0239 ($100cdn = $97.67usd)
