  • My bad.

Registration starts at 6:00. Tournament start-time is 7:00.

    Updated the original post.
  • Can you tell us how much goes to the team and how much to the prize pool? ie % to each?
  • And are there any re-buys or straight freeze out?

  • Great questions. I will confirm with our organizer and post the answers ASAP.

    Thanks.
  • Hey everyone. Just letting you know I haven't forgotten about you. We have a meeting tonight to finalize the details of the tournament. Hopefully, I will have all of your questions answered by tomorrow morning.

    Thanks for your patience.
  • Ok guys, here's some more details:

Unlimited Re-buys for the first hour of play - $40
    Top-ups allowed for first hour - $20

    First Prize - $750
Last 8 at the final table win something. 2nd prize will be minimum of $450.
Eighth Place will get their $40 registration back.

(There is no set rake for the team).

There will be a $10 raffle for a 9th spot at the final table. The winner of the raffle will receive the average of the chips held by the players at the table. If the raffle winner has already secured a spot at the final table, they will receive the chips as a top-up.

Pizza will be provided. Snacks throughout the night.

Please let me know if you're coming and I can arrange to get you a ticket. If you plan on buying at the door, try and let me know ahead of time so we can get an idea of numbers. If you do buy at the door, PLEASE LET THE REGISTRATION DESK KNOW YOU HEARD ABOUT IT FROM KEITH ON POKER FORUM.

Many thanks. Look forward to seeing you there! Feel free to ask anymore questions or email me at keith.courville@colliers.com

    Finished in 7th,
Donated to all draws and bought an auction item, couldn't get another because they closed the bidding while I was in a hand!

    Excellent! Thanks for the support.

I myself was knocked out relatively early on a hand that by percentages I should have won by a long shot! Oh well....
