I download pokerstars software. I can't find real money games, also cashier screen.

You probably downloaded the .net version. Uninstall your your client and go to the .com site to download the software. Once you have that, the real money games will appear.

Aren't those just the normal VIP program? Isn't the best way to sign up for any poker site through a trusted person who is an affiliate of that site and is willing to give you true rakeback?
