Toronto $1/$2 NLHE Cash Game (King & Spadina)

I am looking to generate interest in a home game that I will be starting this November. My roommate and myself are both poker enthusiasts who are currently working in downtown Toronto for a tech startup. We will be moving into a condo at King and Spadina and would be ecstatic to open up our doors to other poker players alike.

Alternative, you can email me at youcheckibet@gmail.com. I expect our game to either run on the Friday or the Saturday depending on player preference.
As it stands, the game of choice will more than likely be $1/$2 as most players in the city are comfortable playing at this level. We want our guests to be happy and so we shall be providing refreshments and food for our games as well.

These two statements seem somewhat contradictory... Home game with a rake?
Yes a home game with a small rake to cover my expenses ($2/hand)
very reasonable.
I wasn't sure if advertising raked games was ok on this forum but from the looks of it - it's ok!.
Mind you I understand the risks involved but I also understand what is nessasary to provide a great venue!
