Carbon Poker Warning

I had Acetyper transfer me $1000 over 2 weeks ago and had my account locked.

Months prior to the transfer via live chat on the site I was told by support that since I moved to the USA that it would be easiest to close my old account and open a new account with current address, etc -- Carbon denies that this conversation ever took place. I have no evidence that it took place, it was via live chat. I have received an email stating something along the lines that having 2 accounts is against the prime directive and that support would never tell make a second account, etc -- well, that is what they told me. And note, THIS IS THE SAME SUPPORT THAT IGNORES MY EMAILS FOR OVER 2 WEEKS, not the best evidence of a competent support system.

I have never played on the new account; thus, I have never multiaccounted -- they have never stated that my having multiaccounted has anything to do with my account being frozen.

The only reason I have ever received about my account being frozen is an "IP mismatch".

Over 2 weeks ago Acetyper transfers me the funds while I am playing on RPM (another Merge skin). I email RPM and ask if I have rakeback. They respond that rakeback is only allowed on one skin and that I have it on a different skin already (Carbon). They research this online (this is all via live chat as well) and my Carbon account is inexplicably frozen (I have never played one hand on the new account).

Carbon does not contact me, I email they several times before getting meaningless responses. I go on 2p2 and post in the Carbon Poker thread (name there is SJpoker since I cannot access my Gtapoker account since the site crash over there) and PM one of the reps in the thread. I get a response that I should email a "Vip Host" directly. I do so and eventually (days later) have him email me that support says there was an IP mismatch. I assume this is meaning that I have changed locations (hello, I contacted you months ago via live chat about my moving to the US?).

So, I email this "Vip Host" back with all the details of my locations from Edmonton to my drive across the country to my current location. He then tells me that he cannot help and that I have to deal directly with support. WTF -- I just spent 2-3 days explaining everything to you and now you say I have to go back to the non responsive support?

Fun. I email support with the same IP info thinking this will finally get resolved. I have not heard back from "support" in over a week despite an email a day to them.

Two days ago the "Vip Host" emails me stating that support has told him (I STILL HAVE NEVER HEARD BACK FROM SUPPORT) that my OLD account (the one I was TOLD TO CLOSE) is now active -- the one WITHOUT THE $1000.

This is retarded. I feel that they are trying to give me the runaround so that I give up and leave the 1k there for them.
