sounds ok, maybe it would be top 10, or final table from each qualifier day get into the final day 50.
shit this is gonna get expensive, especially if it takes a few days to get to the final.
see you all there
Awesome, I'm looking forward to it. Does anyone know if you have to register in person, or can you do it with your credit card, by phone? Also, does anyone know the exact date of the 'final event'?
Any info. appreciated, otherwise I'll make a phone call eventually and post my findings here.
So basically they're going to be doing five days with each day being five tables of 10 with the winner of each table moving on to the final day, which will be five tables of 10. Right?
$200 is not bad of a price. That would be your typical buy-in for one session of the $5/$10 game.
Any word on the payout?? I'm assuming that all of the people that made the final day get paid? (Probably not...)
I just did a little online research and found some topics about the tournament at some other poker boards. This one guy said that he was talking to a dealer there and it is rumored that:
-the payout for first place is $40K to $50K
-TSN will be there the final day to do some coverage ( )

The event will have 5 "qualifiers" which will be 5 table tourneys stoping at im assuming the top 5 and putting all 50 together for a "final day".
You can play more than one qualifier and would have to play 2 days to complete it if you are that lucky.
Sorry the details are a little sketchy as I played FAR too long
Oh yeah registration will start June 1st and they event starts June 21st.
I think I have it all right
