Her's was a story that intrigued me right away and let me ask a lot of questions I've been asked about getting "signed"...a year in, I think she has done a fabulous job of her role.

Too many have that misconception that a big win is going to get them patched, but there are multiple big wins across the globe everyday. Obviously winning an EPT or WSOP ME or multiple bracelets puts you on the radar, but personality, passion, balance and being approachable trump a lot.

She is better than average, diverse and can almost be defined as semi-pro recreation. As far as women go, she's not some brainless silicon injected show peice.

She describes well how she made the cut and after this, she did go on to do extremely well at PCA, which was great follow up; winning a mixed event and final tabbing the Canada Cup. These types of interviews are gems IMO, especially when the player proves that they were indeed a great pick.
