LOOLLLL
(spot one I'm calling ten bigs and not a BB more)
Hand# 2 - blind vs blind and BB is short, he's not calling unless he has a monster.
What is you definition of "monster" here?
Fold / shove, looks fine as played.
Monster may be the wrong word. Any Ace should call, being that he is that short.
What do u guys mean im way behind, am i not priced in against those guys?
i put 2K in + antes makes this a very close pot odds call , is it not?
fwiw - i called (lol) and flopped the joint, so i felt like a genius , but alas, i could be way off
I think you're lucky to have 25% equity here.
V1 isnt shoving ATC (maybe 87ss+, QJ+, all pairs aces K9+) If we assume V2 has the exact same range (but he doesnt, it's tighter) then 25% is aggressive.
K thanx... At the time it felt close.. a5 is one of those weird hands that always gets me...
I know it's like "zomg smoke ur always Out kicked" but the a5 equity pwns other naked aces (obv not big aces)
Another thing that crossed my mind while I tanked and tried to do math but gave up on 15 secs in was how I'm doing against their range
If first villian is shoving semi wide to my open, let's say K9s+ 22-TT , and bb re shoves tighter let's say AQo+ and jj+ then how do we stand
I was fumbling with my stove and fucked up then said fuck
It I call... I do it now and see I'm doing horribly
These are the type of spots I should be snap mucking but I'm so obsessed with math all my (and general) reads go out the window
[x] fish , confirmed
Learning tho, I'll be back to my old game in no time
maybe i am on to something......

Hand 1-Do I overcall with A5o?
Use Nash like this: put your stack in the BB, and Wiel 24 in the button spot. Then look at what hands you would overcall, if the the button shoved and the sb called.
It won't be exactly right but its a decent guide.
Hand 2-Thats simply a nash question, no point to homework if you don't do it yourself.

still says I made a beastly call...

did i fuck up?
Im not a HRes expert so Im not sure what you did wrong. But assuming the ranges above you get this:
equity win tie pots won pots tied
