Hi Guys, I just moved to Bradford (401/hw 88) from Mississauga,

Anyone have any info regarding home game in area, (bradford, innisfill, vaughn, barrie, angus, newmarket)

    Yrpl runs tournys every second friday. See his meetup group. Also, see vip meetup group for great 1/2 $2 rake max game which runs every weds and sat night. I was there on weds, two full tables running by 8pm. He is also a real estate agent ( commercial), broker. Otherwise I only know of one club in newmarket that runs a couple nights a week.

    there are also some bi-weekly tournaments in Innisfil on weekends. Again, they are listed on meetup.com. York Region Poker League is good in Newmarket but its near the end of the season now. YRPL also has rake free cash games running as table break during the tournament. Usually 90-100 players at YRPL.

    I would check out VIP Poker meetup as good group of players and its held in an exclusive neighborhood. Good place to network since you are in real estate. Starts tonight around 7:30 and usually runs to around 3-4am. Free food and beer.

    Crown Casino use to be in Bradford but it was closed indefinitely (first place I played live poker).

    Each YRPL Tournament is a standalone event with 100% of the entry fee paid out in the prize pool.

    They have a $200 deep stack event coming up in the near future (2 day tournament) and some satellites to $1k events.
