LLHE in Ontario

Can anyone tell me if Rama, Brantford or the Niagara casinos still spread low limit games on weekdays?

Comments

  • Rama, pretty sure they run 1/2, not sure what else
Niagara runs 1/2, opens at noon I think
    Brantford, still only limit
  • Yeah - I'm looking for limit, not NL...

Brantford - do you know what they have? any 2/5, 3/6, 5/10?
  • You won't find any LHE at the Fallsview casino. Not sure how often Casino Niagara runs it anymore especially on weekdays. Brantford is certainly your best bet for LHE.
  • BCC 2/5, 5/10, 10/20, some games have a kill. 5/10 with a kill is by far the best value.
  • Gbh says they have 2/4 but I've never seen it spread. 5/10 is as low as they go.
  • Casino Niagara doesn't offer any limit poker. It's all $1-$2 no limit.

BTW, I recently heard that they've increased the rake from $5 max to $10 max per pot with a minimum $2 rake post-flop. The rate is still 10%.

Brantford offers kill with most games, even the $2-$5 game (usually more kill then no-kill tables). I believe the higher stakes games offer a half kill.
  • If you're willing to go over the river the Seneca Niagara casino has LHE starting at 2/4 or 3/6 (not sure?) and then up.
  • Rama spreads 1/2 no limit, 2/5 no limit and 2/5 Limit.. usually 2-3tables of 2/5 NL, 1 or 2 fixed tables and the rest 1/2NL

Is that new or are you confusing Casino Niagara with Fallsview? Last time I was there (last spring) Fallsview was all NL but Niagara still offered some LHE.
  • He's right mole.

Niagara is all 1/2NL and I am pretty sure that Fallsview is 2/5NL and up

    Correct.
  • Seneca has 2/4 and 3/6 limit.
The rake structure makes the games unplayable.
