  • With a square top it can double as a dinning room table!

    Nice job.
  • Great table! I'm building one of the same design, but not the fancy legs.

    Great website as well.
  • Wow, beautiful work! I like the choice of darker stain on the natural wood.
  • hey, where is a good place to buy felt, foam and vinyl here in canada?
  • I have the following supplies available:

Vinyl - high quality used for furniture - Cdn$10 per yard
    folding table legs - $16.00
Spray adhesive - $6.00 per can

Prefer pick up but items can be shipped.

I am located in North York (Toronto).

    Thanks,

Damn! I recently paid $17/yrd and I thought that was cheap. Now I just need to find the time/desire/skill to finally build the rail..

What do you use for the rail padding?
  • Esool,

Take a look at your buds Octagon table. I prefer to use 2 inch foam for the rails, it gives more padding in addition to providing a nice backing to stack your chips.

I have access to 1 inch and 2 inch foam.

The vinyl at $10 a yard is below cost. I am trying to get rid of my last roll.

The folding table legs are not the cheap ones from HD.

Spray adhesive is industrial grade and it is not something that is readily available at your local fix it store.

Look for me in March at CAPS. Asian dude with black hair and glasses (LOL).
