Is Toronto Finally Getting a Poker Room of Its Own?

    I don't expect a Toronto based casino will have that much impact on poker clubs in the GTA. Most players frequent these clubs because they are close to home and they can play with not much of a wait. If the new casino is run like Fallsview, etc. with huge wait times, it won't impact the local underground community. It would be nice to have more major tournament options close to home besides the GBH tournaments.
