Anybody else have a problem of PartyPoker sometimes not saving hand histories to your local drive? I noticed it first when I started playing the Pokerfest qualifiers yesterday. If so, please also contact Support via toll-free phone or info@partypoker.com.
PartyPoker's technical department never bothered to fix the problem with the hand histories for the Pokerfest qualifiers. :arghh: Even with Pokerfest II over, the same problem is now happening for the Summer Million qualifiers. :mad: To make matters worse, the functionality to request hand histories via email stopped working yesterday. If you are experiencing the above or other bugs with PartyPoker, be sure to contact Support, e.g., toll-free at 1-877-447-2183, or none of these problems will ever be fixed.
They are great on the phone, but they still dont do anything for you!!!!!
PartyPoker's 24/7 phone/live support is even better than PokerStars' email support, especially if you are a Palladium VIP member with your own Executive Host team. :cool: However, if the problem requires a fix by another department such as software, then the other departments seems to ignore the problems until enough people complain or a manager eventually follows up.
