What kind of chips do you use??

I am newly addicted poker chip fan so I was wondering what all of you use out there for your games? Paulsons? ASM? BCC? Chinas? Bud Jones?

I have a set of China compression molded clay pharaohs clubs and set of Grand Victoria Paulson Casino Primaries.

Chip Pron would be great.. nothing like seeing some beautiful chippies! 20120317_092300.jpg

  • Nobody around here interested in poker chips...:p

    Wait for it.......................
  • I doubt there is enough server space on this forum for pics of ALL our chips. Besides, we all know Moose would dominate by far.

As far as my preferences...well, I really am not a ceramics guy. Don't much favour them at all, except for the odd collector's chips I have. I much prefer the Paulson's I have, but the China Clays are VERY nice too. My current favs are my E&C mold by far!!

I still have Desert Palm stamped BCC's that I would LOVE to make a complete set with someday, but those are very hard to find.
  • 'wait for it'.. hahaha nice

Ya the china clay pharaohs are sweet. Very well priced and very good feel and sound. Very close to paulsons but just a little bit lower pitched. But then again nothing is like a real paulson ;)
  • These ones?

  • moose, stop teasing the boy . . . his RRSP's might not be locked in, after all.

I have got 2 different ceramic sets, tourney and micro-cash. They're nice but, as STR8 said, meh . . .

I have a cash set of Pharoah's, a tourney set of PCR solids, and a cash set of varied casino Paulson's. Bought the wife a set of Paulson Roulettes, and barely managed to hold off buying more in the St. Paddy's Day sale today. Not sure if I have the fortitude to do so again, though . . . I am weak, and the addiction is STRONG.

Is that all? Looks like you're missing a few in that pic
  • Yep. No Olivia's or Grand Vic.
  • want some grand vics? might sell mine. cleaned and oiled.
  • Heavy Metal!!customsmile
  • I'm using a set of Paulson Pharoes but everyone is telling me to stop using them and sell them. There still new almost.

I dont know if I would use them either! they are collectors now. going for about 2.5 a chip! lucky you.

Im just deciding now whether to get custom inlay ASM's or mill down some Paulson avalons and label them. tough decisions in the next week or so. Spending 700 bucks for 400 chips is not something to be taken lightly!

  • Just got the ASM horsehead and A mold samples in today and I love them. I swear the more I play with them the better they feel and sound. Might just have to go with these with custom inlays :)

BUUUT until then here is my 2nd set of grand vic's primaries.
