Have a total of .10 in my Stars account. I figure that's a sign for me to take a break from online poker and look at how to improve my game. Any suggestions for videos/sites to check out?

I (think) I want to focus on 45-180 player games, with some MTTs for fun and (hopefully) profit if I can manage to bink one.

if you wanna pay for site training try out Tournament poker edge. I love that site enough to spread the word. My results in the last 6 months with them are all positive. They have several videos on 45/90/180 sngs and crap load of mtt stuff.
