Just to keep track of who is doing what.

Royal Cup IX - Assistance needed....

Created this thread to identify jobs to do and who's doing them.

1/ TD for the day - DataMn (Al)

2/ Scoring and tracking - g2 (Greg)

3/ Creating and making MVP and high hand sheets -

4/ Selling high hand, mvp, etc on day of - Hobbes (Ron), JohnnieH (John)

5/ Assisting on setup, likely at 9am - djgolfcan (Devon), JohnnieH (John)

6/ Assisting with cleanup after event finishes - djgolfcan (Devon), JohnnieH (John)

Again if anyone can think of anything else please post here

    +1, can also assist with MVP stuff bc that ties directly into the scoring sheets

    The scoring system hasn't changed, has it? 8 teams of 8 players. 15, 12, 9, 7, 5, 3, 2, 1 points. 10 points for HU win.

    I need a volunteer who has a colour printer please. I email you PDFs, you print them and bring them to the Royal Cup, someone buys you a beer later on for your trouble.

    3/ B
    I also need a volunteer to do the scissoring of these printouts. Can be the same person, but I recommend waiting until you get to the cup before cutting.
