Created this thread to determine and track who's bringing what...

Similar to last time, I'm creating this thread to track what me may or do need.

1/ Chips - Should be ok here. Supplied by DataMn/Prophet22 (Westside Poker Club)

2/ Cards - Not sure how many we need.. Supplied by DataMn Al but if a few can bring an extra deck or 2 for the HU matches it would help..

3/ Two projectors - 1 from Waltsfriend

4/ two screens - One from Hobbes (Ron), one from Moose

5/ Wireless Internet access - May be available.

6/ Chairs - None needed.

7/ Table tops - 8 needed, 3 from g2, 2 from Carddead.

*** Reminder for RCXI ****

Garbage cans and bags, bristol board, masking tape, marking pen, regular pens.

If anyone can think of anything else please speak up.

Yes, I can supply the chips again.

I have 30 good decks, along with the 12 Party Poker ones purchased for the Royal Cup a while ago, so we should be fine.

I should note though that even though I am holding on to them, the chips/cards are donated on behalf of the Westside Poker Club.

Got about a dozen or so chairs, plus the one from last event I never got back...if someone would be so kind as to return it.

I have a dozen chairs as well.

I also have 2 tabletops - one folding, one solid - both 8 player tho.

I have 7 padded and felted heads up tables that I can offer even if I don't find a team. Would gladly drop them off at someone's that is playing house before.

Looks like no one has a projector so don't worry about the screens.. I will bring a laptop and monitor for the scoring, similar to last time.

We are also short table toppers if anyone else has some. We can get by without them but the cards really slide on the plastic tables.

I have a old table topper but it's octangular, so I don't think it will work on a rectangular table. I will bring it just in case.

Also, I have some garbage bags. Anything else?

IMO...

Compuease, post a deadline on the forum. If a team representative doesn't publicly commit their team in the next couple days, they're out.

problem is Ryan doesn't really use the forum but has always come up with a team before..

Oh no! Does that mean the results spreadsheet won't be live on the web?

Answer: the results WILL be live on the web.

I can use my phone to create a Wifi hotspot. This will NOT be open to anyone else to connect to unfortunately. Data caps...
