What to do with this river shove from villain...

No history with villain. I did a quick run on hands he had played at the table. Had only show down one hand that was an A high nothing on the river. From the look of the hand he was simply calling because he didn't believe opp had anything.
Shove seems very strange to me. Either uber bluff or flush. Any thoughts? I should have thought before the river what I would do if he shoved but was not thinking that far in advance.

Checking river next time is a definite good thought, should I end up in this spot again.
