Transfer Canadian Funds Via the Internet?

What is the cheapest (preferably free if possible) to transfer Canadian Funds from person to person?

The catch for me seems to be the fact that I need it to be Canadian Funds in and Canadian funds out.

    how about an Interac e-mail money transfer? I know with my bank (TD CanTrust) it is 1.50 to send it and free to receive. check out your bank's website, prob have all the info you need there.
