Can anyone help me out here?

Signed up for this on Monday via Fax (CC Payment). Called number on site to see if I can register a friend on my CC. Received voicemail so I left a message. No return call so I decided to fax in my buds name with my CC info. Called again 2 days later to see if the faxes was received and left message.

Today will be 4 days after the faxes were sent in and still no call from the organizers.

Can anyone tell me how I would know if I am signed up for this?

    They never responded to my calls either, but i checked my cc statement online and saw the money was taken out. so maybe you want to check your statement to see if they took the money

    Not exactly what you want to hear... they won't take the time to return your phone calls, but they will take the time to take money out of your account...

    My credit card still have not been charged after a week. I called today begging them to call me back. Guess what??

    No call. Are these guys legit.

    Dave S - if you are reading this. Help me out, I am sure CAPS have contacted you directly.

    Will I have a seat on March 19???

    I hate to pay that expensive parking at the Westin and find out that the place has been sold out.

    Finally received a call back today and everything is in order.

    Looks like all CC applications are process in batches and as a result my is in the next batch.

    Everything is good and I have my space registered. See you all in March.
