Did I really play this bad?
Ok so i'm in basically a sit n go at the pub about 18 people or what have you.. 5k starting stacks and i doubled up first hand with trip 5s.
Few hands later I am dealt Kc,Kd in the BB.. about 4 limpers until I make it 350 or so...and all of them called (yikes)
the Flop is AD QD QC (even more yikes for my kings)
Everyone checks until it gets to some punk 21 year old who decides to bet 200 (give or take 50)...now I feel my Kings are probably beat but I also feel I am priced it to at least see another card espesically with my chip stack so I call.
Everyone else folds and the turn is the 6D.
I check the the 21 year old (Arrogant little thing listens to an Ipad or whatever during most hands etc) bets 500 or so.. which again I feel is very small and with some added outs I feel I have to call that so I do and boom 3 of Diamonds on the flop.
I once again check knowing he can't slow down (I've played with him a bunch and I've pretty much owned him each and every time to be honest.)
He bets 1500 of his remaining 3000 and I Hollywood a tiny bit and put him all in.. he decided to fold..now being me I show him (I do show my hands alot) and this does have him pretty steaming and he then gives a little speech
"You got so god damn lucky...jesus... fuck man I had a queen.. etc...etc"
I don't say much back to him except "you shouldn't have bet so small"
Which he replies to something as "I bet so small you should have known you were beat I wanted a call... you got lucky and I made a great fold."
The only reason why I stayed in the pot was because he bet so small (well I have been known to chase so I do probably stay in one more card regardless unless he goes all in or something.).
What makes this even better is before the game he donated this sweet card protector for the winner (the only card protecter I had before this was one where I glued some nuts onto a chip lol.) and I ended up winning it after being down to 1BB at final table.
Also before anyone hates on me for hating on younger players or anything I myself am only 22.. but man.. alot of the youngins in the game and be kind of dicks.

I have seen some people get very upset over some very small things.... "Oh I forgot to write my name down for a side game"
Infact the only reason why I went to this location tonight was because of the people there much more friendly and relaxing game.. believe me this place is going quite a bit out of my way too.
Everyone has fun for the most part.
One woman gets so excited when she gets "matches" (read pairs) that she goes all in immediately. She usually causes someone to walk away shaking their head and muttering to themselves.
There is virtually no strategy involved in these for the first several blind levels. When you get near the final table, the blinds almost force all ins every hand.
If you're not there to have fun, you shouldn't be there.
lol.. that's just me some friendly ripping. I mean I constantly rip Milo all the time.. and I don't hate him or anything.
Though to be fair I would say I was annoyed but his constant commentary after the hand. But actually angry? Nah... I guess it can be little harder to express over the interwebs.
Though yeah he was rather angry...lol
