:) 3/6 LHE, a break from the grind

As usual, after playing lots of NLH lately I've been getting really tired of playing. I was driving home tonight and really felt like playing poker for fun like I used to years ago. Where I didn't care if I won or lost pots. So, I called around and Century Casino had 3/6 LHE and DC with a full kill...perfect.

I'd never been to Century before and found it amusing that they have a white board with markers as a waitlist. I literally cannot recall the last time I've seen a room without an electronic waitlist.

Ah, the fun. I sat in a DC game and straddled and raised every spot I could preflop until I got 1 other player doing the same...5 bets in limit here ala Vegas, fun times. I played DC for a while (Omaha, Pineapple, Crazy Pineapple and Holdem). I would occasionally look down at my stack of ones and be amazed that I was even or up. After a couple hours I switched to holdem and did the same, although noone would ever 3 bet me there with less than KK. Cashed out $525 from my $200bi in 4 hours (pic taken at my peak)...more than the win it was super fun raising EVERY hand all night and not caring at all about the chips. A fun night of poker after the last few sessions of NLH feeling like boring grinds. I just may play a few more times.

If anyone is looking to build a small bankroll live these are BY FAR the worst poker players I have seen in 8 years of playing (in both DC and Holdem).

PS -- I finally remembered to get AJ 20 chip (will get the rest of the casinos in the city for you within 2-3 weeks as I'm off to Cali after working all week).

PPS -- I just realized that my right wrist is actually sore right now from raising every hand for 4 hours (that joke you're thinking of has already gone through my brain...c'mon man).
