Where To Play

Just curious,
I'm between making a deposit @ Poker Stars or Party Poker, I'm primarily a limit player, also very low limit 1/2 2/4. I'm a pretty tight player, and I need a no BS response from anyone who has experince,


Which site has more beatable players at those levels I've mentioned. Thanks for any responses. No info on tourneys needed, because I dont play them.

Pokerstars is tough. I haven't played Party yet but I hear it is loose. I play Pacific for very profitable ring games right now.

I've played both and prefer Party for LL ring games. You will get more table selection, looser games and should be able to take a good first deposit bonus with the right code. I like Party's decision to store hand histories locally on the hard drive as well. Makes pokertracker a very nice tool.

Party is definitely a good place to play but you will find a lot of people chasing cards especially at the lower limits. It's a good place to make money but it can also be quite frustrating at times. PokerStars has much better players and therefore not as many chances to take advantage of the few poor players.

Also Party offers bonuses for initial and subsequent deposits whereas PokerStars doesn't.

dunno for sure :frown: but i believe it's either the standard Raked Hands requirement or 10x Raked Hands requirement ( 1000 Raked Hands ) for the first time deposit bonus to be released bonus code is CPP100

I signed up with Party Poker through www.instantbankroll.com, got $75 free, burned through the 500 hands in one night and cashed out for $120. I signed up with PokerNow today, it's a Party skin (got a 100% deposit match up to $100), so far i've only got 45 hands, but I only played for a half hour and I'm up to $220 from $100! I play .25/.50 NL though. I don't know about the limit play, but no limit is pretty loose
