I doubt there's any sort of tell in there, but who knows.
I'd watch his bet sizing closely.
Anyways, in this particular spot, it would depend how everyone acted after the UTG+1 I think. If everyone else laid it down, you've got decent pot odds to call it off and see a flop.
You don't have good pot odds to call and see a flop, and pot odds aren't overly relevant in this spot with so much chips behind. Implied odds/reverse implied odds and hand strength relative to his range are what we should be looking at.
