  • Me thinks your hope spilleth over onto his plate as well. Too much hope DJ. Dull it down a shade.
  • If you thought he had the AA with that last raise, then you know you haver to pitch the QQ. I doubt I would have done it, but you are a better player than I am.

Of course, against me, he would not have spiked the river Ace. lulz
  • That's funny. I'm sorry for your beat, and yes it hurts, but this just happened to me, and I received no such luck as your guy got:

You really haven't been around long enough to comment on how much these guys play. I don't play very often..... They do.
  • I only posted my hand because it was the same as dj's except reversed. It's not like i'm overly sore about it. What are you getting all riled up about?
  • Our junior member noob is just mad that we're all winning play money chips while he's breaking even with real money
  • I really don't think it was so much mad or riled up as it was commenting for the sake of commenting, and making sure everyone knows that he's a (forgive me if I use the term incorrectly) balla.

I can take a beat, it was more the position of the tournament that it happened in, if my hand holds, I stand to make a very deep run.
  • i may have not been on this site very long but i am very familiar with poker and have been playing a long time, i spend almost 12 hours a day online, and breaking even is only when i run bad... As far as playing online vs live, you play WAY more hands per hour and yes you are gonna get bad beat more often, think of the hands per hour, and suck it up and try not to tilt when you get beat like that, they will eat you alive...

that doesn't mean you can't post hands, it does however mean that it's wrong to come cry to people who do
  • go ahead and post what you want, i dont really care.. all im saying is that people dont want to read about hands that have happened to them over and over and over agaiin....

actually this type of beat is quite rare. And what about the stunt you pulled on me? You just seem like a downer for no reason, and you're just plain wrong on top of that. Try to take a minute to be nice to someone soon, otherwise people may start to feel the same way I do about you lol

I think you may have not read the title of this thread (Brags, Beats & VARIANCE). Did I once say this was a bad beat ? I just didn't like getting knocked out the way I did.

And if you don't want to read about it, stay the f^%k out the thread.

Fed's BC cousin? Or do you at least take lessons from him on how to make friends?
  • ya know zonezero is right these things really do happen, even better if they happen much as he thinks I will happily take AA against any hand he wants minus other AA many times as he wants with a shuffled deck of course, at 4 to 1 see who that works out, should be good for him he already has tons of cash!

Please google "homonym" or stop by your local grade 4 English class for a few days.

Once you ace that we can move on to adverbs vs adjectives.
