    Really? That's pretty tight.

Gotta fold to that flop bet though.

is it weird that i would 3bet any two sooted cards if i was the next big stack to act? and cbet the flop without looking at it... ???
  • i agree with everything yoda said! sometime though instead of cbet, if im in position ill check, then when they bet the turn which is like 90% of the time i raise. looks pretty strong :P had like a 95% success rate

    noted
  • Ya sadly a flop muck, worry more about the next hand than what could have been

This question is for BTP as well. I like the 3 bet here and would play it the same but how are you both dealing with the likely 4 bet and flop/turn?

i think there is something off about the wording in your question here as i don't quite understand...

you like the 3 bet here but i don't think you would play it the same because here you flatted.....you know we're talking pre flop? i might be confused tho???

as far as a 4bet im folding because my 3bet was a bluff but i don't know what you're reefering to as being 'likely'. BTP is jamming here as a bluff/value where villain will call with worse like kjs but fold better like jj. But its not recommended and for B-allers only I have read......

I was simply asking how you would play the rest of the hand after the 3bet. Sorry about any confusion ;).
  • if just vs raiser i 3bet to about 1400ish. But since there is a caller Id 3 bet to about 1900-2200 depending on how i feel about my opponents. If I get one caller, Im going to cbet about 1300-1500. or as said earlier I might check then raise turn, but I think I would prob cbet this flop. checking back turn. if he leads river gonna raise but not to much want the value.....if he checks I bet like 5200 hoping it looks bluffy on this board. think thats it? folding to 4 bet in this spot

id pretend you flopped a set and are betting small to trap him...if he raises and you got nothing then you can prob fold.
  • I'm folding pre here
  • its either fold or 3bet for sure imo.
