The above link is to their tournament structure for the Spring series.

1. Tuesday November 8th: Single Table Satellite Extravaganza!!!! Single table satellites will be offered for all of our major events ($600, $700,$800 & $1100 events) from 7:00p.m – 4:00a.m.
2. Wednesday November 9th: $550 +$50 No Limit Hold’em Freeze out (Re-entry event) (210 player max) (6000 Starting Chips/30 min levels) Tournament start time- 12:00p.m. (Played to conclusion)
3. Thursday November 10th: $720+$80 No Limit Hold’em Freeze out Re-entry Event (210 player max) (8000 Starting Chips/30 min levels). Tournament start time 12:00p.m (Played to conclusion)
4. Friday November 11th: $1000+$100 No Limit Hold’em Freeze out Re-entry Event (240 player max) (10000 Starting Chips/30min levels). Tournament start time 12:00p.m ( Played to conclusion)
5. Saturday November 12th: $630+ $70 No Limit Hold’em Freeze out Re-entry Event (240 player max) (7000 Starting Chips/30 min levels). Tournament start time 12:00p.m ( Played to conclusion)

Waiting lists will be taken for all events once capacity is reached.
Players that are eliminated in the first 4 levels of play will be allowed to re-enter the tournament by fully paying the buy-in and registration. (Depending on available seats) Players who are on the waiting list will be seated before players that are eliminated from the tournament.
Players who enter late or re-enter an event will be penalized 1 set of blinds for each level they have missed.
Approximately 10% of the field will be paid in each event.
• Buy-in and registration must be paid in full to secure a seat in all events.
Single table satellites available for all major freeze out events:
• Single Table Satellite $550+50 = $70 buy-in (First place receives a buy-in + registration for the $550+$50 Freeze out)
• Single Table Satellite $630+ $70 =$80 buy- in (First place receives a buy-in + registration for the $630+$70 Freeze out)
• Single Table Satellite $720 + $80 = $90 buy-in (First place receives a buy-in + registration for the $720 + $80 Freeze out)
• Single Table Satellite $1000 + $100 = $120 buy-in (First place receives a buy-in + registration for the $1000 + $100 Freeze out)
• Extreme satellites will also be offered upon request for all freeze out events.
• Players may register with cash/casino chips or credit card up to the day prior to the event. Day of players must use cash or casino chips.
Management reserves the right to alter this format.

    Casino Regina rocks, you wouldn't regret.

    They have sold out tons of events, played a 550 with 378 entries there a few years ago.

    I am actually sort of confused as to when and why casinos ever stopped doing this. Stacks would get out on the table, then be removed after so many levels, minus what was “blinded off”. For “freeze-outs”. Then “Re-entry”, and late registration, which were slightly different than “re-buy” as you had to get a new table started were introduced. At first they compensated for missed levels, by removing blinds, now it seems they (casinos in general) just give players a full start stack and a seating card. Those players that start at time have to pay the blinds, so why not the stragglers?
